Monthly training and Coaching plan

$265.00 every month

Welcome to VIMTC Coaching!

Thank you for choosing Vancouver Island Mountain Training and Coaching. Below, you’ll find an outline of how our month-to-month payment system works, everything included in your monthly fee, and a list of what is required from both you, the client, and our team at VIMTC to ensure a successful partnership.

Monthly Payment Structure

  • Monthly Coaching Fee: $265 CAD

  • Payments are processed at the beginning of each month, covering your training and coaching services for the month ahead.

  • You will receive an invoice via email with payment options to complete before the start of the new training month.

What’s Included in Your Monthly Fee

  1. Personalized Training Plan:

    • Weekly updated and goal-specific workouts delivered through Training Peaks.

    • Plans tailored for mountain sports such as trail running, rock climbing, fastpacking, backpacking, and ski mountaineering.

  2. Unlimited Email Support:

    • Direct one-on-one access to your coach for questions, feedback, and training adjustments.

  3. Twice-Monthly Coaching Calls:

    • 1-on-1 calls to discuss progress, adjust strategies, and gain deeper insights into nutrition, gear, skill-building, and more.

  4. Access to Discounts with VIBE:

    • Exclusive client discounts on VIBE’s guided trips and courses, to further develop your skills and confidence in the mountain environment.

  5. Optional In-Person Sessions (Add-on):

    • Personalized in-person skill sessions indoors or in the mountains. Available for $200–$500 per session based on length and location.

Client Responsibilities

  • Commitment: We recommend a minimum three-month commitment to allow time for progress, consistency, and an effective training relationship.

  • Communication:

    • Complete the initial training history questionnaire to help us create a targeted training program.

    • Maintain an up-to-date training log on Training Peaks to track progress.

    • Provide regular email feedback on training and communicate scheduling or goal changes as needed.

  • Training Gear: Ensure that you have the necessary equipment, including a compatible tracking device (e.g., Garmin, Coros, Suunto) and any required gear for mountain activities.

What VIMTC Provides

  • Expertise and Accountability: Your coach brings a wealth of mountain sports knowledge to help guide, support, and encourage you throughout your training journey.

  • Progress Monitoring:

    • Review and adjust your training plan based on data, feedback, and evolving goals.

  • Monthly Adjustments and Goal Alignment: Coaching calls and plan adjustments will help keep your training aligned with your goals.
