Whether you're dreaming about your first West Coast Trail adventure, training for a big trail race, trying to send your first 5.12, or eyeing a mission to tag all the Island Qualifiers, now is the perfect time to start. Our one-on-one mountain coaching is designed to elevate your fitness, sharpen your skills, and give you the structure you need to finally make those goals happen.

Basecamp Training

$150 / month

Basecamp Training is designed for athletes who want structured, purposeful mountain-specific programming with professional oversight, while maintaining flexibility and independence in their training.

You’ll receive a monthly training program tailored to your goals, whether that’s trail running, alpine objectives, climbing performance, or general mountain fitness. The program is built around your current fitness, available training time, and upcoming objectives.

Each month includes one coach check-in via phone or email to review progress, address any challenges, and make necessary adjustments to ensure the program continues to align with your goals and recovery needs.

Best for:
Athletes who are self-motivated, consistent, and want expert programming with light but meaningful coaching support.

Ridge Training

$200 / month

Ridge Training is ideal for athletes who want more regular guidance and accountability, with a program that evolves throughout the month as fitness, fatigue, and life demands change.

You’ll receive twice-weekly programming, allowing for more frequent updates and fine-tuning of your training load. This tier includes two coach check-ins per month, giving you space to assess how the training is landing, troubleshoot issues early, and adjust intensity or volume before problems arise.

This option strikes a strong balance between independence and hands-on coaching, making it perfect for athletes preparing for a specific event or season.

Best for:
Athletes with clear performance goals who want consistent coaching input without full weekly oversight.

Summit Performance Coaching

$275 / month

Summit Performance Coaching is our highest-level, fully supported coaching option, designed for athletes who want close oversight and continual refinement of their training.

You’ll receive weekly programming adjustments based on performance, recovery, stress, and real-world variables. With weekly check-ins via phone or email, we actively manage training load to ensure you’re pushing when it’s appropriate and pulling back when needed.

This tier offers the highest level of personalization and coach involvement, making it ideal for athletes targeting demanding mountain objectives, peak performance windows, or long-term progression without burnout.

Best for:
Athletes with ambitious goals who value ongoing feedback, accountability, and precision coaching.
